Bought one just like it from Toker's Smoke Shop, but it broke after a day. I sent them numerous emails, but received no response for a month. Then, they sent me a new one. Ha! What was I expected to do with my bong while waiting? Not use it? Good thing I bought two new ones from Avernic Smoke Shop for a better price, and so far, both work perfectly; no cracks. Toker's says they're the best smoke shop, but with Avernic around, I beg to differ. Excellent product for a much better price.
