Fits very nicely in the hand, and hits very nice as well! As intended it is a smother hit than a straight bong and near zero chance of getting a taste of that "water". The upper chamber has a centrifugal force to it which is nice to watch :D It is a size for most like one person and needs to change the water more often because of its accelerated cleaning ability (meh!). The stem under the bowl has a funny jog and hard to clean with a tool but I have seen using alcohol and a vaccum to bubble it out..time will tell!
