There is a small glycerin chamber towards the end, which means this entire piece can be tossed in the freezer for a few hours to cool down, providing you with ultra cool hits! The function is a fairly simple straight glass tube.

Hits really well, even when not chilled! Freezes pretty quick and cools down the wax pretty well. Wish you were able to get a few more hits in before it returned to liquid, but still not bad for the price!
