Broke within 3 days of owning it, Tried to contact support Dont know if they even saw it or they are just ignoring me, Broke at the tube of the reclaim collector Down to the first bridge on this piece, Seems like a solid piece the only place I could imagine it breaking just very disappointed about it breaking 3 days after getting it then when I try and put a support ticket I dont get a response, Has been 6 days waiting just to see.

This thing hits it’s just you have to be careful with the water level
