This doesn't make sence

The original bowl had the metal inside the glass so you never had to touch it or worry about when its heated any thing from it getting mixed in. But this "replacement" design has the metal exposed, and if your metal ring on it isn't secured properly it won't heat up consistently the same. This product just made this whole rig worse. Its a let down

Got my ispire Dab Reclaim Cup IMMEDIATELY

I’ve never received something so fast over the mail. I’m not even kidding. I needed this because my other reclaim cup had broken and I reached out to these individuals maybe about a week or two ago they told me it would get here in my residence in about 3 to 4 business days and lo and behold as soon as I placed the order it was already shipped. It was insane.
