Ordered something online, was waiting for delivery for 3 weeks. Package on hold USPS says that package non deliverable and shop could file a claim and get money back. Here I am no money no order, no answer from shop!

i needed this urgently but usps was very unreliable but that is not the shops fault, every concern or issue they answered the phone everytime. will be using them again in the future for the same thing
